We’re excited to send creativity and kindness your way! Both Clockworks Design and The Polkadot Space ship domestically and internationally.
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not controlled or predicted by Clockworks Design or The Polkadot Space.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is custom-created with care and often produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
