The Dot Shoppe currently ships domestically and internationally.
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country. The Polkadot Space cannot control or predict these fees.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships so you can follow its journey to you.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is created with care and in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review all product details before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ThePolkadotSpace@gmail.com. We’ll happily work with you to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged or there was an issue with your order, please email us with your order number, a short description, and photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review the situation and offer a replacement, store credit, or another solution based on the circumstances.
